Sacred Serpent Medicine
Meet the serpentine energetic masters!
These are temple serpents, not at all like a serpent you might see in the wild
or even in a pet store, nor as a pet. These beings were raised in sacred ceremony,
divine intention and attention, and handled often to develop ease and attunement with humans. They are living spirit animals and therefore master teachers.
Kalissah
Kalissah is a Brazilian Rainbow Boa, my baby I've had since she newly entered the world and was my favorite tiny living bracelet slithering around my fingers and wrists. She is now 2 years old, about 4.5 feet long, weighing about 5-10 lbs. She is curious, sensitive, and still yet a bit unsure of her world. However, she is courageous, in charge of herself, and navigating ceremonies brilliantly. She is less daunting in size so can be good for a starter dance, and enjoys caring attention.
Primo
Primo is a Red Tailed Boa, 4 years old, approx. 6 ft. long, and 12-15 lbs. of pure muscle power! He's like my teenager who can appear lovingly annoyed if things are not as he wishes. But
he is patient in ceremony, and my totally solid male (like my husband who calls Primo "Junior"). Primo is intense, sturdy, firm in his hold, and very deep. He is the best at otherworldly,
trance-like stillness, but can still move a great dance when he's in a more playful mode.
Saint V
Saint V is a Jaguar Carpet Python, about 9 ft. long, 25 lbs. Originally named Vincent after poetess
Edna St. Vincent Millay, Saint V is powerfully, emotionally, and energetically sensitive and intuitive. She is a true master of herself, the energetic field, and feeling those around her. She is supremely confident, accepting, attuned to exactly what is needed in the moment, and just my big-girl diva! She always knows the perfect way to take things to that next level - a super gentle giant, and unbelievably grounding (even just to be in a room with her). And she is the best hugger!
